Understanding Infertility

What is Infertility and Why it happens in Women?

Infertility means having difficulty conceiving after one year of trying to get pregnant or women who can get pregnant but are unable to. Women's problems cause about one-third of infertility cases.


It can be due to problems with ovulation and signs that a woman is not ovulating normally, including irregular or absent menstrual periods. It can be due to PCOS, which is the most common cause. Primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) is another cause of ovulation problems. Other causes are blocked fallopian or surgery for an ectopic pregnancy, uterine fibroids, irregular periods or very painful periods, endometriosis, more than one miscarriage, or no periods.

How does my treatment help with infertility in women?

Majority of the problems are due to obesity or overweight and reproductive hormonal changes. It has been proven by many research that consistent exercise and weight loss can be helpful in regulating your reproductive hormones. This includes inducing ovulation and regulating your periods.


Even small weight loss can be effective in helping their periods more regular and that will allow you to predict ovulation and make it easier to conceive. Structured exercises have been already shown to improve fertility in women with PCOS. It will help boost women's natural fertility without any side effects.
